Established in 1997, XL Funding Inc. is a boutique, second-generation real estate family office focused on ownership, development, and long-term investment.

The firm owns and operates multifamily, retail, and industrial properties, holds raw land, and pursues ground-up development with select partners. Its investment activities also include limited partnerships, mezzanine financing, and preferred equity positions.

Across its portfolio, XL Funding focuses on disciplined investment decisions, lasting value, and strategic growth.
